Onyx Tower

The Onyx towers are located in a prime location near the Greens and Emaar Business Park on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The project involves a construction of 3 towers that will include a business hotel, which will be known as Zabeel House by Jumeirah-The Greens consisting of 210 rooms and 10 suites at the luxury hotel, a commercial tower and a mixed-use tower in addition to a large selection of retail facilities and restaurants in the buildings along with 3 level podium and 2 level basement parking. Two of these are commercial and residential with 305 office units, 169 residential apartments, as well as a three-floor podium of retail and F&B outlets.
