The Taj hotel in Dubai’s Jumeirah Lake Towers may see a soft opening by the end of 2018, Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) CEO Puneet Chhatwal has revealed. In an interview with Arabian Business, Chhatwal said that the JLT project will likely see its soft opening take place “in anything from 100 to 130 days”, with further details to be revealed in early September. “Certain deliverables have to happen in this five, six weeks’ time to give an exact date, but the opening date is imminent,” he said.
